One magic morning I sat outside my Oregon home and observed nature as I often do. As I gazed at the wooded scene before me I noticed how completely random it all looked. But that’s a deception.
In actuality, nature’s intricately balanced and so is the whole universe. As a matter of fact, it’s all about balance; positive/negative, light/dark, yin/yang and so on.
Time and time again we find balance brings health and well-being, and the opposite is also true. It’s a universal law that applies to nature, an automobile, a happy family, finances, your body and finally to your dreams. Here’s something to remember.
Find your balance in everything you do.
These can be practiced separately or together. With just a little effort they’ll become a regular practice and you’ll find amazing results. But let’s be serious. No matter how much effort you put into bringing balance, once in a while things are going to get wonky and the next thing you know you feel sick.
Find Your Balance Again
When the body gets out of kilter there can be a lot of reasons. Most of the time, however, it’s a case of being out of balance in some area. When we are not up to par our first stop is the chakras. If we’re sure our chakras are all aligned and flowing freely, but still not feeling right, it’s time to use Reiki.
We’ve had wonderful results from Reiki and other healing methods like Acupressure and Acupuncture, but traditional wisdom teaches us these are only part of the healing process. A well-rounded care program would also include the use of medicinal herbs, tea, and essential oils.
Color therapy, aromatherapy, and many other methods can also be pressed into service if you feel the need.
It’s the Name of the Game
