I’ve been trying something new over the last few months for weight loss and detox, and guess what? It’s red tea! It’s called Rooibos. It has a warming spicy-sweet flavor and it’s caffeine free. It’s good for you on its own, but with a few added ingredients it helps your body block fat, reduce hunger and get rid of build-up along the way.
Red Tea a Healthy Way to Dump the Waste and Lose Weight
Drinking red tea helps your bodies detoxification process making it easier to eliminate the toxins we’re exposed to so often, and leads to better health. After the body gets what it needs from the things we eat and drink our body needs to digest, which results in waste. It’s a natural part of the process, but some of it is left behind in your body.
That’s why proper hydration is important, it keeps your body functioning properly. Drinking plenty of water along with red tea every day keeps everything moving smoothly so you feel better, and it’s something you can make at home, which is nice because you know exactly what’s in it.
You Know What’s in it
You can read about the herbs and spices that go into it and find out what they do for you. I was excited to start making and drinking it. At first, I followed the recipe exactly. It was pretty good, and I was seeing results.
After a while, I started playing around with the ingredients so I could adjust the taste a bit, but I’m not leaving anything out. For one of the ingredients, I started using herbal supplements rather than the herb itself because it costs less.
The tea helps feel me up and I don’t get hungry as often. I drink it at least twice a day, and I’m seeing results even though I’m not drinking it as often as suggested.
I’m confident that when I do I’ll see even more results. The ingredients in the tea are all good for you, each of them with its own value and flavor. The Red tea detox is a natural and healthy way to give your body what it needs to detox and promote weight loss.
The Magic of Red Tea
You can drink it hot or cold and even make a Latte or a smoothie, play around with it and see what you like best. Start drinking it and flush out toxins and weight at the same time. It’s a great way to bring health to your body inside and out.
You Don’t Have to Spend Time and Money at the Gym
Along with drinking the tea, I’m exercising because it makes a difference. But I’m not spending hours at the gym wearing myself out. Right now I exercise for 5- 10 minutes a day. Short amounts of time exercising still gets the heart rate going and speeds up the metabolism for a while. It’s okay take your time and get used to physical activity.
If exercise in itself doesn’t appeal to you start by parking further away when you go to the store, or tidy up the house for a while, just find a way to get your body in motion. You might consider something with calm and flowing movements like Tai Chi to get the heart rate going without having to move quickly, it’s something you can build up to.
The reason I mention exercise while talking about the Red Tea Detox is that it’s relevant. Physical activity goes along with healthy eating and drinking habits. But that doesn’t mean you have to put in endless hours of exercise and spend lots of money at the gym. You know what you can handle when it comes to physical activity so do what works for you and give yourself time to get used to it.
I’m glad the red tea detox is part of my regular diet, that along with some other practical changes is helping me reach my health and fitness goals. In blogs, I can only share bits of information with you.
